SMS Terms of Service

NCA Loan Servicing provides members with optional SMS/text alerts to deliver important notifications and updates related to their loan accounts.


By providing us with your mobile number and opting-in, you give NCA Loan Servicing, our agents, representatives, employees, affiliates, or anyone texting on our behalf permission to send you account-related text messages, like payment reminders and notifications, in conjunction with the services you have requested.

You can cancel SMS Alerts at any time by replying, “STOP” to any text SMS we send you. An opt-out confirmation message will be sent to you. You may also email support@ncaloanservicing.com or call (888) 512-8813 and let us know that you would like to opt-out of SMS Alerts.

Message frequency may vary by account. Message and data rates may apply. Wireless carriers are not liable for undelivered or delayed messages. If you have questions about your text plan or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.

Subscriber text messaging originator opt-in data, consent details, or any personal identifiable information (PII) obtained from SMS Alerts will not be shared with any third parties except when explicitly authorized by the subscriber. For more information, please see our Privacy Policy
